MORE ABOUT ZACH'S WORK

     Zach is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Illinois. He has experience working with adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds in a variety of clinical settings.

     In addition to his clinical work, he teaches Master’s level courses in mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy at Northeastern Illinois University. He has been published over 20 times in peer-reviewed, nationally refereed journals, and has made over 50 presentations at the local, state, regional, national, and international level.

     Zach earned his PhD in Education – Counselor Education – at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, and received his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. He also completed additional trainings in EMDR and Sand Tray therapy. Previously, he received his Master’s Degree in Teaching from National Louis University, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Bradley University.
